No Sensitive Data: Race Day Coach is not designed to collect medical records, diagnoses, biometric identifiers, or other sensitive personal information. Please do not intentionally submit such information unless specifically requested by the Platform.

  • To Provide the Service: Processing your GPX files, location data, and goal times to generate personalized race strategies and pacing calculations.
  • AI Processing: Your inputs may be processed by artificial intelligence models to generate dynamic coaching cues and recommendations. Your inputs may be processed by third-party artificial intelligence providers. This may involve temporary transmission, processing, and short-term storage of your data in order to generate outputs. AI systems are not fully deterministic and may produce unexpected or inaccurate results.
  • To Improve Features: Analyzing usage data to understand how runners use our tools, allowing us to fix bugs and develop better algorithms.
  • To Maintain Security: Monitoring platform activity to prevent fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
  • To Support Users: Responding to your inquiries and troubleshooting issues you report.

GPX files and temporary race calculations may be processed ephemerally or stored temporarily to generate your PDF exports, after which they are routinely purged from our active systems unless associated with a saved user account.

These records are not used as an active user account and do not prevent you from creating a new account with the same email address.
